Re: GigaE Support
Hi Miguel, as I wrote, GigE Vision is not supported at the moment, as this would require more than one network interface to work reliably. The option "Network" in the camera selection is for transferring image data with our API or NVCom through the network. Again, this faces the same problems that t...

Re: GigaE Support
Hi Miguel, The GigE Vision and USB3 Vision protocols are very similar. The problem is the different interfaces. For GigE Vision you would need a device with three ethernet ports, so both cameras can transfer image data without network collisions, and SceneScan can transfer it's processing results al...

Re: Camera stops working briefly after bootup
The cameras are running at a very odd resolution of 800 x 64 pixels. Is this intentional? It could be that the settings were falsely migrated from an earlier firmware version.

Re: Exeception
There seems to be a problem with the camera calibration. Can you please update to firmware 7.1.3, which fixed a calibration-related bug.
Then please perform a re-calibration of the camera.

Re: Nerian node crash
These versions should work well together. Are you able to provide a backtrace? If you are launching the node through a launch file you could do this: <launch> <arg name="launchPrefix" value="gdb -ex run -ex bt \-\-args" /> <node pkg="nerian_stereo" type="nerian_stereo_node" name="node_name" output="...

Re: Nerian node crash
It might be a version issue. Could you check which versions of the node and which firmware version you have installed on SceneScan?

Re: Nerian node crash
What system are you running the node on? For the 3D pointcloud projection there is an AVX2 and SSE4 optimized version. Our binary packages from the ROS build server should be built with SSE4 support. If you run the package on a platform without SSE4 support such a crash would be expected. Could you ...

Re: Invalid camera indices: 0, 1
Do you se the camera listed on the camera selection page?
Could you please check the USB connection? Is the camera detected when it's power-cycled (i.e. unplugging and re-plugging the USB cable).
Regards,
Konstnatin
